Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the Girl Power Talk Startup Challenge, including program budget and seed funding of 10 million INR ( 1 crore) ~125,000 USD, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Comprehensive Business Plan:

Applicants should provide a comprehensive business plan, including financial projections and a clear outline of their goals.

Additional Documentation:

Applicants should be prepared to promptly provide any additional documents or information requested to facilitate the evaluation process.

Girl PowerX Profile:

Applicants should apply for the challenge using their GPX Profile and continuously demonstrate their connection to our community.

Social Impact Interest:

Startups should understand the importance of benevolence within their business model.

This social impact commitment can be as simple as planning to donate a small percentage of profits to a cause or initiative in healthcare, education, sustainability, poverty, gender equality, etc.

Gender-Inclusive Leadership:

Preference given to startups with at least one woman founder or co-founder. Female co-founders should play an active role in the startup’s operations and decision-making.

Early Stage Focus:

We are deeply committed to supporting entrepreneurs at the nascent stages of their venture development. We welcome applicants from two distinct phases of startup development:

Pre-startup: Seed Stage (Phase 1) – This is the very beginning of your startup journey. At this stage, you're likely in the process of refining your idea, conducting market research, and possibly seeking initial seed funding. It's the conceptual phase where the foundation of your startup is being laid out. Your business plan is taking shape, but you may not have a fully operational business yet.

Early-stage Startup (Phase 2) – Your startup is beyond the mere concept; it has entered the initial phases of operation. This includes having a defined business model, beginning to develop your product or service, and possibly having a small team. You might be in the process of or have already launched your product to the market, though you're still in the early stages of growth and development.

Funding Opportunity:

Successful applicants may secure a portion of the total program budget of 10 million INR ( 1 crore) ~125,000 USD to support the growth of their startup and drive their business goals.
