These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Girl Power Talk Startup Challenge. By submitting your application, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not submit an application.

Eligibility and Application

Participation in the Girl Power Talk Startup Challenge is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria as outlined on our website and in our application materials.
All information provided in the application must be complete, accurate, and truthful.

Selection Process

The selection of applicants for funding and other resources provided by the Girl Power Talk Startup Challenge is solely at the discretion of Girl Power Talk.
Girl Power Talk is not obligated to justify its selection decisions or provide feedback on applications.

Funding and Resources

Girl Power Talk reserves the right to determine the amount of funding and the nature of resources to be allocated to selected startups.
Receipt of funding and resources is contingent upon compliance with additional requirements and agreements as specified by Girl Power Talk.

No Obligation to Fund

Submission of an application does not create an obligation on the part of Girl Power Talk to provide funding, mentorship, or any other resources to the applicant.
Girl Power Talk retains complete discretion over the allocation of its funds and resources, and may choose not to fund any applicant at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

Applicants retain ownership of their ideas, projects, and intellectual property. However, by participating, applicants grant Girl Power Talk the right to use their names, startup names, and general descriptions of their project for promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Girl Power Talk will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the participation in the Startup Challenge, whether or not such damages were foreseeable.

Indemnification

Applicants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Girl Power Talk and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your participation in the Startup Challenge.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be settled through arbitration.

Modification of Terms

Girl Power Talk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Girl Power Talk and Blue Ocean Global Technology is headquartered.

Acknowledgment

By submitting an application for the Girl Power Talk Startup Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
